What are the different types of helicopters:
The capacity of a helicopter varies from 1-8 passengers in public passenger transport. There are different cabin types and manufacturers with VIP or standard configuration. There are in short two broad categories of helicopters:
Mono turbines
1 to 6 seats
These are economical models with a single turbine to drive the engine. We recommend these models for short distances and daily operations.
Bi turbines
5 to 8 seats
These helicopters have two turbines for improved safety. This is the type of helicopter we use for longer routes (over the sea, for example) and for night operations in countries that allow it.
